Western Plank Salmon
Ingredients: Western Cedar Grilling Plank, salmon fillet, olive oil, garlic salt, pepper, lemon juice, melted butter
Directions:
1. Lightly brush olive oil on top side of plank.
2. Place salmon fillet on plank skin down.
3. Brush melted butter on fillet.
4. Season fillet with garlic salt, pepper, and
some lemon juice.
5. Coat the fish with melted butter a few
minutes before removing from the grill.
